What we collect, and what we do not.

This is a plain-language summary of how Rocket Propulsion Lab handles information for this website, downloads, licensing, checkout, and support. It is written to be cautious and accurate; it is not legal advice, and it may be updated as the product and site evolve.

Information you send us

When you email us, ask for support, or contact sales, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organization, role, platform, intended use, and message. We use it to respond, support licensing, answer product questions, and maintain ordinary business records.

Checkout and licensing

Paid checkout is handled by Freemius. Checkout and payment information is processed by that provider. Rocket Propulsion Lab receives the purchase, customer, license, and fulfillment information needed to activate licenses, provide support, handle renewals, and maintain records.

Website analytics and cookies

This website does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Some pages load Freemius checkout JavaScript so purchase links can open checkout; if JavaScript is unavailable, the links still go to Freemius checkout. Routine server logs may be kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

The desktop application

RPL Engine Workbench is a local desktop application. Your engineering project files, reports, and exports are stored locally on your Mac and are not transmitted to Rocket Propulsion Lab as part of the core workflow. License activation and validation may communicate with the licensing provider. See Security & local data for details.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share what is necessary with service providers that help us deliver software, checkout, licensing, and support, and where required to meet legal, export-control, sanctions, or compliance obligations.

Retention

We keep contact, purchase, license, and support correspondence for as long as needed to support your request, fulfill licenses, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to remove correspondence where we are able to do so.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. Reach out at contact@rocketpropulsionlab.net.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page to describe what is in use.
