License terms

Named user
Each license covers one named user and may not be shared. Personal covers personal, educational, academic, hobby, or other noncommercial work, including one individual member of a university team. Business covers work for a company, customer, or employer.
Renewal
Personal Monthly renews each month at $29. Personal Annual and Business renew each year at $199 and $799 respectively while the subscription remains active and unchanged. Cancel before renewal in the Freemius Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Refund
A 7-day defect-based money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase when a material function is unusable and support cannot resolve it. It does not cover missing features, third-party incompatibilities, or renewals. See the full summary.
Activation
The license key from your purchase email activates the app you already installed. No new download.
Activation limit
The plan, seat count, and device-activation limit shown in checkout and your Freemius Customer Portal control. Both platform installers are available; each activation counts toward that displayed limit.
Platform
Windows 11 (64-bit) public beta 1.0.0, unsigned; or Apple silicon macOS 1.0.0 (macOS 26 or later), signed and notarized. Both installers are included with the product.
Outputs
You retain rights in your inputs and generated outputs. Business users may deliver outputs to an employer or client; Personal outputs remain limited to permitted noncommercial use. The application, license key, and documentation may not be redistributed.
Earlier plans
Licenses purchased under earlier plan names remain valid under their original terms; renewals stay in the Freemius customer portal.
Terms
Taxes and available currencies are calculated at checkout. The Vendor Terms, checkout disclosure, and Freemius EULA govern.

Is pricing per seat, per user, or per organization?

Are updates included?
Yes. Updates released during your license term are included.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes — both platform builds include a built-in trial; no license key is required. Trial PDF reports are watermarked, projects cannot be saved, and Flowfield is preview-only (one steady run): no transient, VTK, or DXF.
How does activation work after I buy?
You receive a license key by email at checkout. Enter it in the app you already installed (License & Activation), and the capabilities and limits associated with your plan unlock in place. No new download is required.
I bought an Academic or Business plan earlier — is my license still valid?
Yes. Licenses purchased under earlier plan names remain valid and keep the capabilities and terms they were sold with. Renewals and account management stay in the Freemius customer portal.
