Legal

Legal, licensing, and engineering-use boundaries.

This page summarizes public-facing constraints for RPL Engine Workbench. Final terms are set by the applicable license agreement, checkout terms, and delivery materials.

Last updated June 25, 2026.

Engineering limitation

RPL Engine Workbench is preliminary engineering software for design iteration, review, and documentation. Independent engineering verification, qualified review, and appropriate testing remain required before hardware decisions.

Trial and license scope

Trial mode is built into the app. Paid Academic and Business licenses unlock the purchased tier for the users, seats, and organization scope stated in the applicable terms.

No redistribution

Do not copy, sublicense, resell, share, or redistribute the application, license keys, activated seats, or restricted delivery materials except as expressly allowed by the applicable license terms.

Export awareness

Access, distribution, licensing, and use remain subject to applicable export-control, sanctions, legal, and organizational compliance requirements.

No safety certification

The software does not certify flight readiness, manufacturing readiness, structural margins, combustion stability, or range-safety compliance.

Third-party tools

Checkout, licensing, optional local backends, and external tools may have separate provider terms, installation requirements, licensing, and availability constraints.
